Great food, fast service, warm ambiance. We ordered kimchee, fried gyoza, miso ramen, and terakawa ramen. The noodles were cooked perfectly; the broth was delicious; the green onions, bamboo shoots, kikurage...all amazing. Our servers were attentive and quick. It was a popular spot; we beat the lunch rush but they seemed prepared for it. A lively place for lunch.

So delicious!! The ramen was light yet filling and the katsu was so flavorful and crispy! I am definitely eager to come again. The only critique I have is that the shoyu ramen should have more pieces of chicken than three small pieces on top.

This is the best ramen spot anywhere near Princeton by far. The service team is excellent and I enjoy seeing them week to week when I come back for ramen. Their broth is unbeatable and makes you feel happy inside. Their timing is also excellent and you can expect it to always be a quick turnaround from when you sit down. Iโve come here consistently for a year and theyโve never disappointed. Iโve tried their chicken broth bowls and my partner has had their pork broth bowls and both are tasty, delicious, filling, and the both the egg and traditional noodle texture is amazing.

Just visited Terakawa Ramen in New Jersey, and WOW โ easily one of the best ramen experiences Iโve had ๐๐ฅ We ordered the gyoza, chicken karaage, spicy ramen, and their signature ramen, and every single dish delivered. The gyoza were perfectly crispy on the outside with a juicy, flavorful filling. The chicken karaage was golden, crunchy, and incredibly tender inside โ seriously addictive. But the real stars were the ramen bowls. The broth in both the spicy and signature ramen was unbelievably rich, deep, and packed with flavor โ the kind of broth you canโt stop sipping even after the noodles are gone. You can tell itโs been crafted with care and patience. The noodles had the perfect texture, and every topping complemented the dish beautifully. If youโre anywhere nearby and love authentic, comforting ramen, Terakawa Ramen is a MUST-visit. Already looking forward to my next bowl ๐

Slurp, slurp โ ahhhhhh. What is happiness? Happiness is a bowl of ramen where, when you close your eyes, your soul and taste buds meet in nirvana. That is exactly what you get at Terakawa Ramen. As you walk in, you immediately notice the wall murals. On one side, chefs hard at work. On the other, anime customers happily enjoying their bowls. And yes, it is perfectly acceptable to make those loud slurping noises. Consider it a compliment to the chef. Here is what we ordered: โข Signature Terakawa Ramen โ 4.5/5 stars A rich, lovingly made pork bone broth topped with sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight, thin noodles were perfectly al dente and held their texture beautifully in the broth. The soup itself was deep, layered, and incredibly flavorful. โข Pork Belly Donburi โ 4.5/5 stars The pork belly was juicy and tender, sliced just right โ not too thick and not paper thin. The flavor was rich and savory with a subtle sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. It was generously layered over a large bowl of seasoned rice and topped with scallions, pickled radish, and sesame seeds. The photo on the menu does not do this dish justice. I wo
